- The Accredited Buyer Representative
(ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer
representation.
This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the
Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National
Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience
criteria.

- The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation
is the professional Designation offered by the Council of
Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the
highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS®
in the residential sales field. Fewer than 5 percent of all
REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation

- GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) represents the
most recognized professional designation in the real estate industry
and is a prerequisite for pursuing various advanced professional designations.
The designation is conferred on qualified individuals by the various
state associations of REALTORS, with the National
Association of REALTORS®
educational standards assuring excellence among the curricula. GRI is recognized nationwide as
the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge

- Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
REALTORS® with the SRES designation
help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying
rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications
of owning real estate. By earning the SRES designation, the
REALTORS® have demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge,
experience and expertise to be a senior’s real estate specialist and
counselor

e-PRO is a revolutionary new training program presented entirely online
to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. The
National
Association of REALTORS® is the first major trade group to
offer certification for online professionalism.
